Booking Policy

To ensure a safe, fair, and professional service for all clients, please read and agree to the following booking policy before making an appointment.

  1. Appointments & Booking
  • All appointments must be booked in advance.
  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
  • Booking fees are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day.
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
  1. Consultation Requirements
  • A full consultation and medical assessment is required for all treatments.
  • For injectable treatments (Botox, fillers, vitamin injections, lemon bottle fat dissolving, skin boosters), suitability is determined during consultation.
  • If you are deemed unsuitable, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will be retained for time allocated.
  • Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or breastfeeding status prior to treatment.
  1. Age Restrictions
  • You must be 18 years or over for all treatments.
  • Valid photo ID may be requested.
  1. Patch Testing
  • Patch tests are required at least 24–48 hours prior to:
    • Semi-permanent makeup (eyebrows & lips)
    • Chemical peels (where advised)
  • Failure to attend a required patch test will result in appointment cancellation and loss of booking fee.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in loss of booking fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
  1. Late Arrivals
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
  • Late cancellations are treated as no-shows and will be charged in full.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in full treatment charge.
  • Repeat no-shows may be refused future bookings.
  1. Payments
  • Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of treatment.
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  1. Treatment Results & Aftercare
  • Results vary from client to client; no guarantees can be given.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
  • The clinic is not responsible for adverse results caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.
  1. Semi-Permanent Makeup Specific Policy
  • Results may require top-ups, which are not included unless stated.
  • Touch-ups outside the stated time frame are charged separately.
  • Existing work from another practitioner may require correction pricing.
  1. Refund Policy
  • No refunds are given for treatments already carried out.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Refunds are not provided due to change of mind or dissatisfaction where treatment was performed correctly.
  1. Right to Refuse Treatment
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone for medical, safety, or behavioural reasons.
  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
